2012 Triathlon

Annie Oxborrow

The annual Triathlon was once again dominated by teams and individuals from Kahikatea, with Annie Oxborrow winning the individual Girls Championship, 2nd was Olivia Limmer (Rm6), and 3rd was Brianna Hayes (Rm6). A Room 5/6 team of Tayla Lewis-Devlyn, Laureth Chapman and Charlie Grace Chapman achieved 5th place in the teams event. Isaac Smith from Room 6 won the individual boys event. Also competing from Room 5 were- Georgia Kerapa, Shyla Paikea, Petria Fitzgerald, Ashleigh Eves, Fallon Goodson, Cassie Barnes, Aaria Pene and Phaeora Sims.

The races are underway!

The 2012 Swimming Sports were held on a wonderful sunny day. Kahikatea team competed successfully once again with many wins in events and in relays. We await the overall points results!

Update- Thomas Cook was announced as the Year 8 Boys Champion, and Kahikatea won the overall points competition, and so are Team Champions once again!
