Room 5 and the rest of Kahikatea team have visited Tui Ridge near Rotorua for the class camp and spent three days on physical challenges. These were Mountain Biking, High Ropes, Abseiling, the Flying Fox, the Confidence Course, Archery, Rifle Shooting and climbing the Indoor Rock Wall. The night time activities included the Burma trail, and games of Volleyball, indoor Basketball, indoor Hockey, and KICK! Lots of fun, and lots of personal goals achieved. Thanks go to the fourteen parents who came with us as support as belayers and as enthusiastic supporters and encouragers, plus the three teachers.
