Churros Españoles











Nuestra Sala 5 estudiantes de todo pasado un período de sesiones en la sala de Alimentos con la Sra. Johnston crear los españoles delicadeza "Churros" como parte de nuestro trabajo currículo Internacional de las Lenguas. Estaban deliciosas. Fantastico!


Churros Recipe
Ingredients
1 Cup water
50 g butter, cut into cubes
3 T sugar
1 Cup flour
3 eggs.
Oil
Icing sugar
Cinnamon

Method
1. Heat the oil in a fry pan.
2. While the oil is heating put the water, butter and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3. As soon as it boils stir in the flour, beating well, until it forms a ball
4. Take the mixture off the stove and cool slightly.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture each time until the egg is completely absorbed.
6. Put into a forcing bag with a star nozzle and pipe long strips into the very hot oil, cutting the dough with a knife at the end of the dough strip.
7. When golden brown on one side, turn over very carefully and cook the other side.
8. Drain on paper towels then dredge in icing sugar and cinnamon.
