Bastion on the kayaks

The "Swim to Survive" programme kicked into action at the school in the first and second weeks of the new school year with our class being in the first group of classes involved in the series of river survival lessons in our school pool and at the Waterworld pool complex. All of this is in preparation for our upcoming camp where we will spend half a day kayaking down the Waikato River.
