Swim to Survive

Fun at the Hydroslide
The class has been involved during all of the second week of the year in a "Swim to Survive" programme run by the Learn to Swim instructors at Hamilton's WaterWorld. An hour each day from Monday through to Thursday was spent at the school pool, and then on Friday the class spent the day at WaterWorld consolidating what they had practised during the week, as well as having some fun.
The programme included snorkeling, kayaking, river safety, survival strokes and involved practice in the deep water of the dive pool. The class also had fun on the Hydroslide and Screamer. Below are photos from the week.
