Room 5 students again competed with distinction in the school Cross Country, with Annie Oxborrow winning the Yr 8 Girls Championship, and others were well placed. Kahikatea students (Annie, Brianna Hayes, Olivia Limmer, and Teree McCord) were the first four girls to cross the line in the Girls Championship division. Isaac Smith (Room 6) was the winner of the Boys Championship division. The results of the overall points competition was announced at assembly on the following Friday and Kahikatea was announced as the winners of the Cross Country again for 2012. Well done to all the students!
